The AcroPrep™ 24-well filter plates with Supor™ EKV membrane are engineered for high-performance sterile filtration in life sciences, pharmaceutical, and microbiology laboratories. Each well is fitted with a 0.2 µm hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, providing excellent microbial retention without compromising flow rate.

With a maximum well volume of 7 mL, these plates are ideal for sterilizing culture media, buffers, and reagents. Their rigid construction prevents warping or jamming in automated platforms, while barcode labeling and clearly marked rows simplify tracking and orientation.

Compatible with vacuum systems, centrifugation, and positive pressure, these filter plates offer flexibility for various lab workflows. Their low extractables and low protein binding make them suitable for critical downstream applications.
