The AcroPrep™ Advance 96-well filter plates for lysate clearance from Cytiva (Pall) are engineered for efficient prefiltration of high-particulate lysates. Each well contains an integrated glass fiber prefilter layered above a Supor™ (PES) membrane, enabling effective removal of cellular debris and particulates.
This dual-layer setup protects the membrane, improves flow rate, and ensures clean sample recovery for downstream workflows such as protein purification, enzymatic assays, or molecular analyses. The plates are available in 350 µL, 1 mL, and 2 mL formats and meet ANSI/SLAS standards for automation compatibility.
Their rigid construction prevents warping during vacuum filtration or centrifugation. With barcoded labeling and consistent well geometry, these plates integrate seamlessly into automated platforms.
