Round HDPE bottles CORNING®  (Plastiques Gosselin)

STRENGTH OF GOSSELIN BOTTLES :

MANUFACTURING PROCESS : All bottles are produced with high-tech equipment using extrusion blow moulding or injection blow moulding technology. Each production batch is subject to inspection throughout the entire production process according to the normative references in force, which are reinforced by Gosselin’s own criteria.

SHAPES OF BOTTLES : Gosselin offers a wide range of bottles : octagonal, round, square, rectangular. Bottles are available from 30 to 2,700 ml, with narrow or wide necks and moulded graduation.

CLOSURES SYSTEMS : Various closures systems are available, from simple closure to tamper-evident screw cap. All closures are designed with vertical ribs to improve handling.

PACKAGING : designed to suit your needs : single bag, packing of bottles into boxes, pre-screwed bottles wrapped on packs. All bottles are protected by a polyethylene outer bag placed inside the boxes beforehand to prevent any risk of particle contamination.  

PRODUCT TRACEABILITY : Thanks to the product label on each box, we can retrace each production cycle. This label includes batch number and expiry date if the product has been sterilized.  

RAW MATERIALS : Compliant with the European directives in force, especially the absence of heavy metals (CE N°1935/2004), food compatibility (94/62/ EC).
