By inoculating 5 ml of sample or a suitable dilution, the method achieves enhanced sensitivity. The visual reading benefits—including colony red staining and gas production—are identical to those of the standard Petrifilm™ Coliform Count Plate, ensuring easy and reliable interpretation.
