An integrated colour indicator stains the colonies red, making reading and interpretation significantly easier. In addition, the top film captures the gas released during lactose fermentation, providing a secondary visual confirmation of coliform activity. This combination of clear visual cues and gas detection ensures a test that is both reliable and user-friendly.
