This PCR plate Thermo-Fast with 96 wells from ABgene has a low profile and shorter wells than the standard profile plate, which decreases the dead space between the heated lid of a thermal cycler and the sample. This eliminates condensation on the side wall of the tube, preventing reducation in PCR volume and increasing the efficiency of the reaction.
