KERN ORM 1HO digital refractometer honey - water content 5.0 – 38.0 % - ATC
The KERN ORM 1HO is a maintenance-free digital handheld refractometer, particularly suitable for measuring the water content of honey in accordance with the International Honey Commission standards (IHC 2002) and the Baumé degree (°Bé) to determine the relative density of liquids. Measuring ranges: refractive index 1.3330–1.5177 nD, Brix 0.0–90.0%, Baumé 33.0–48.0 °Bé and water content 5.0–38.0%. Automatic temperature compensation (ATC), mean value measurement and calibration with distilled water allow quick, reliable measurements; thanks to IP65 protection against dust and splash water, the device can be rinsed under running water after use. Supplied with prism cover, pipette, storage box, 1 × AAA battery and operating instructions.
