The IKAFLON 20 Power is manufactured from a highly magnetic rare-earth alloy (samarium-cobalt), enabling it to deliver significantly greater torque than conventional stir bars. This makes it particularly well suited for mixing in larger vessels, high-capacity graduated cylinders, and for viscous liquids or samples such as soil suspensions. Its PTFE coating is chemically inert and resistant to aggressive chemicals. The stir bar also performs excellently in high-temperature applications where maximum mixing force is required.
