Designed for circulation or flow-through processing in the laboratory, the IKA UTL 25 Digital Inline Ultra-turrax® features a simple, compact and sturdy modular design. It delivers a high flow rate of 4.4 to 11.6 l/min with open outlet and is suitable for air-free, sterile inline suspension, emulsifying and deagglomeration.
Engineered for circulation or flow-through processing, the UTL 25 Digital combines a compact, sturdy modular design with table-top or stand-supported flexibility and minimal footprint. The unit is sterilizable and autoclave-compatible, easy to disassemble, and supports vacuum or pressurized operation up to 6 bar. When the DK 25.11 flow chamber is used, air induction is prevented even during batch operation. A pump can be integrated between the intake nozzle and the vessel to handle viscous fluids. The hoses used should have an inner diameter of 13 mm (inlet) and 9 mm (outlet) respectively to fit the DK 25.11 flow chamber.
