The IKA SAS-1 spiral adapter is specially designed for measuring the viscosity of highly sticky and viscous samples that are difficult to handle with conventional measuring systems. Its spiral geometry ensures efficient sample engagement, delivering reliable and reproducible results. In addition, the adapter allows the fluid behavior of a sample to be analysed across different shear rates, providing valuable insight into its rheological properties. The SAS-1 is compatible with IKA's ROTAVISC viscosity measuring system.
