The S 25 KD - LR - 30 F dispersing tool was specially developed for the 5-litre laboratory reactor LR-5.ST and produces extremely fine emulsions down to 1 micron at relatively low viscosities.
Slightly longer than the standard dispersing tools, the S 25 KD - LR - 30 F allows for deeper immersion within the reactor and the processing of even lower minimum sample volumes. As an F tool, it excels in applications requiring extremely fine emulsions — down to 1 micron — though relatively low viscosities are needed to achieve such results. Compatibility with vacuum conditions of up to 100 mbar further broadens its versatility in demanding laboratory processes.
