The IKA RV 10.6 is a vertical intensive condenser with a distributor and stop valve, engineered specifically for reflux distillation. The distributor is fitted with a condensate cover and an outlet channel that prevent condensate from coming into contact with the seal, helping to extend instrument service life. The solvent to be distilled can be continuously fed in through the PTFE inlet tube. The combination of high cooling performance and well-considered condensate management makes this condenser ideal for demanding reflux applications.
