With the TW.IX multi-position stirring attachment for IKA TWISTER, the number of stirring positions can be increased from 1 to 9. The attachment is perfectly suited for mixing in small sample vessels with diameters of 23–28 mm and volumes of 8–60 ml.
The IKA Mix.ix (TW.IX) is a multi-position stirring attachment that transforms the IKA TWISTER into a powerful parallel mixing system capable of processing nine samples simultaneously. Each of the nine stirring positions is equipped with its own individual magnetic drive, enabling strong and independent mixing for every single sample. In aqueous solutions, speeds of up to 3000 rpm per stirring position can be achieved. Designed for small sample vessels with diameters of 23–28 mm and volumes of 8–60 ml, the attachment is ideal for high-throughput applications requiring consistent and reproducible results.
