IKA's external peristaltic pump significantly expands the liquid addition capabilities of your bioreactor setup. With a power consumption of 25 W and a wide-range supply voltage of 100–240 V, it is suitable for use worldwide. The pump can be used to dose additional solutions into the bioreactor vessel or to drain medium as part of continuous cultivation strategies. Thanks to the peristaltic principle, the pumped medium remains fully isolated from the pump mechanism itself, minimising the risk of contamination.
