IKA C 7012 Calorimeter Accessory

Constructed from halogen-resistant stainless steel with a catalytically activated inner wall, the C 7012 provides reliable protection during the combustion of aggressive samples containing halogens or sulphur. It is specifically designed for samples with a halogen content exceeding 3%, where standard vessel materials would be inadequate against the corrosive combustion gases produced. The catalytic activation of the inner wall ensures effective neutralisation of harmful combustion by-products. The vessel can also be converted to accommodate the C 14 Combustible crucible, broadening its range of applications.
