The IKA a 11.4 grinding chamber is manufactured from durable polyamide with a stainless steel inlet (AISI 316L), providing reliable chemical resistance for a wide range of samples. With a useful volume of 250 ml, it is exclusively compatible with the double beater A 11.6. Cooling with liquid nitrogen (N₂) is not possible with this chamber; for cryogenic grinding, the grinding chamber A 11.5 should be used instead. The a 11.4 is not included with the analytical mill A 11 basic and must be ordered separately.
