Hanna DO optical process electrode for HI510, 5m cable
The HI7640-58 is an optical electrode with HI764113-1 Smart Caps for measuring dissolved oxygen. The electrode is designed for the HI510 or HI520 process controller. Combined with the controller, the system provides accurate measurements of dissolved oxygen, automatically compensated for air pressure, salinity (manual) and temperature.
The HI7640-58 is ideal for control applications in aeration basins, ponds and tanks where optimising oxygen transfer is a key element. The electrode can be submerged in a tank using the 3/4" NPT thread, or installed in a flow-through cell. Several optional extension cables can span a distance of up to 50 metres between electrode and controller. The Smart Cap stores factory calibration coeffi cients and the curved surface helps repel air bubbles and ensures better measurement sensitivity.
