With its modular process configurations, it can be adapted to a wide range of applications while meeting more specific needs. Equipped with 2 digital probe inputs, it automatically recognises the type of sensor connected and switches to the mode of the parameter detected.
HI520 is Hanna Instruments' first process controller that accepts virtually any combination of compatible electrodes. Designed to adapt to unique process requirements, users have the ability to enable or disable each channel individually. In addition, the HI520 introduces enhanced industrial control through a control loop system where there is the ability to perform channel control independently or configure it to be activated sequentially upon reaching the other channel's set points (1, 2 or both). The device controls a logic channel with built-in mathematical functions, when the controller operates as an analyzer for monitoring high/low parameter levels between two identical inputs with identical measurement configurations.
The HI520 is designed to adapt to the unique requirements of your process control. The controller has a large backlit display for easy viewing and provides an intuitive interface for setup options. The controller uses multi-color LEDs for easy display of status, including relay activation, in alarm mode or on hold. All programming operations are done via the vulcanized rubber keypad or with an RS485 connection to a Modbus-compatible PC.
