Aseptic production. Aseptic products are produced on machines whose at-risks areas have been closed off. The production method for plastic products requires the materials to be fused at temperatures in excess of 200°C. The container is closed immediately after it is ejected from the mould. The recontamination time when the product is still open is very short and closed conveyors are used for transfers. The average SAL obtained is in the region of 3 to 4. The recommended use of these products is for non-microbiological testing. This is also valid for these conical tubes.
These tubes contain no heavy metals (according to EC/94/62)
To close these tubes, use winged plugs ø12mm.
