WarmMark® Long-Run – Temperature Indicators
WarmMark® - Your Assurance for Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
WarmMark indicators provide irreversible evidence if your shipment has been exposed to excessive heat – and for how long. A progressive red color change gives immediate insight into temperature breaches. Easy to activate, reliable to read, and fully compliant with GDP standards. Whether it's vaccines, lab samples, or food products, WarmMark helps ensure product integrity right through to delivery.
WarmMark Long-Run is designed for extended monitoring up to seven days at consistent temperature.
WarmMark is a single-use, irreversible temperature indicator that shows whether a product has been exposed to excessive heat for too long. It uses a visual system in which a red dye progresses through windows, depending on the duration of exposure. Versions with 1 to 4 windows display different time intervals (e.g., “Brief”, “Moderate”, “Prolonged”).
Activation:
The indicator is activated manually by pulling a tab. It must be preconditioned for 30 minutes at least 5 °C below the activation threshold before use.
Use:
Placed inside the packaging near the product, WarmMark is available in temperature thresholds ranging from -18 °C to +37 °C. The color progress accurately shows how long a threshold has been exceeded, with ±1 °C precision.
Key Advantages:
Accurate, irreversible temperature monitoring
Compliant with GDP/GMP standards
Easy to read and interpret
Ideal for pharma, biotech, food, and diagnostics
