Mastercycler X50

The Mastercycler X50 family is available as a standalone unit, controlled by the user-friendly VisioNize® touchscreen interface, or as externally controlled eco units. These units offer the flexibility to meet all your throughput needs. The Mastercycler X50 eco units can only be controlled by a connected Mastercycler X50 with a touchscreen or the CycleManager X50 software.

Import your programs from slower cyclers to the Mastercycler X50 by programming only the total runtime required by your current cycler. The Mastercycler X50 automatically adjusts the ramp rate to the runtime, and the PCR performs as you expect. Further optimization of your proven protocols is not necessary.

Each standalone PCR thermal cycler can be connected to up to nine additional eco units. For even higher throughput, you can control up to fifty MC X50 eco units with our CycleManager X50 software. Whatever your needs, you can monitor and manage each unit—individually, simultaneously, or as a group—with the assurance that each PCR cycler delivers excellent block homogeneity, accuracy, and precision. For security, you can easily select different access levels for different users. The low noise level, low power consumption, and the versatile flexlid® concept for maximum consumable flexibility make the MC X50 the most powerful and user-friendly PCR thermal cycling setup.

The CycleManager X50 enables control of up to fifty X50 cyclers in a network. Control can be individual, simultaneous, or grouped. Perfect for standardized, high-throughput protocols where reproducibility is crucial. Password-protected user access is optional, and users can be assigned different access rights, providing more documentation options than ever before. The software can also send you an email when your PCR is complete!
