Nerbe Plus blender bags are extruded from stable polyethylene, suitable for fast and easy crushing of solid samples in liquid, e. g. in lab blenders, even at low temperatures. The Nerbe Plus homogenization bags are sterilized by radiation(sterile R - SAL 10-6)). The use of sterile blender bags maintains the stability of the specimen’s microbiological status. When working with infectious materials, the homogenization bag can be heatsealed with a common sealer preventing the escape of aerosols. The special closing clip can also be used for secure sealing and reopening of the homogenization bag, without employing sealers.
